On tap at Iron Hill West Chester during the Belgium Comes to West Chester event.

Pours a fairly-clear medium purple color. Light pink head. Very nice looking beer. The nose carries a good whiff of blackberries with faint earthiness in the background. Other than that, didn't really get much saison character out of it at all.

The flavor is really heavy on the blackberry without really anything else going on. While it's not bad or offensive, there's nothing saison about this one.

Body is light and fairly crisp. Some residual sweetness. Pretty drinkable, but other than that I expected a lot more.
