Classic Irish stout brewed with 22 lbs of Belgian chocolate, aged on 11 lbs of organic cocoa nibs and whole Madagasgar vanilla beans . Black in color, toasty malt flavor and a pronounced dry bitterness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

7/13/12 at the Wilmington Iron Hill location.
A: Pours a dark brown color. Almost black. About a quarter finger of really light tan/off white head. Very low ABV so no alcohol feet. Some lacing sheeting.
S: Definitely get some nice vanilla and bourbon forward notes. Some very soft chocolate. Low roast character.
T: Really soft BA on this one for such a low ABV stout. Wish I had a bigger pour as I really enjoyed.
M: Medium bodied. Thinner than expected, I guess from the nitro.
