A - Solid nitro-tap appearance. Nearly black with deep ruby highlights on the edges with a tightly packed with head that has good retention and decent lacing.
S/T - Just the way I like bourbon aging done. Apparent up front in the nose, but more subtle in the taste. Nose and taste then roll into deep dark chocolate sweetness, and a touch of roast bitterness. Barrel flavors come in towards the end with a little vanilla sweetness and oak dryness in the finish. Really like it, with more dark chocolate lingering through the aftertaste.
M - Only part that really could have been a lot better. I feel the nitro-tap kind of kills it, making it a little watery too fast. Not the rich, chewy mouthfeel I'm hoping for.
O - Really enjoyed it. Maybe on CO2 it would have a more substantial mouthfeel, which would make it superb. Anyway, I drank 3 of these as is with no problem.
