Galena single hop IPA

A - Deep gold, hazy. White head has good retention and lacing.

S/T - Herbaceous and floral hops up front backed up by caramel malts. A touch of citrus comes out in the taste, and the finish has a bit of pine, but the majority of the taste remains herbal and floral. Bitter in the finish, but not too aggressive.

M - Medium body, medium carbonation. Smooth consistency, and some prickliness from the hop content.

O - Interesting hop display, floral and herbal. Sweetness crept up a bit during the second glass, but still remained nice and bitter.
