A - Poured from the cask, this one was bright orange with a billowing head. Bubbles coming up from the bottom that settled into three fingers of white, creamy goodness.
S - Piney, grassy hops. Not that citrus note that you get with some beers, much more earthy at first. After the head settled, there was a bit of sweetness. Good malty backbone.
T - Pretty standard. Good bitterness, but nothing over powering. Some sweetness, but lots of malt. I wouldn't say it's a malt bomb by any means, but it was the distinguishing characteristic.
M - Smooth and silky. This MF was my favorite part of this beer. Love anything from a cask.
O - A standard offering from Iron Hill. Easily drinkable, not over done. An IPA for the masses.
