Our Cascadian ale brewed with rye malt and pacific northwestern hops that impart a piney, resinous hop character.
_______________________________________________________________________
Pours a medium to dark brown color with one inch of off white head and moderate carbonation evident. Smells of roasted and toasted malts, not very hoppy. Some toffee, chocolate. Taste has a lot of pine, soapy, resin. Medium body and low carbonation; light bitter bite to it.
Overall a decent Black IPA. Taste is very roasty, while the taste has all the hops to it. A decent beer.
