- On draft Maple shade location in pilsner glass.
A: Light earthy orange, dense clarity, small creamy toothpaste white capping of about 1/2 inch statue that was fairly resilient in its stay. Lonesome carbonation bubbles arise is sparse offering, Minimal whispy lacing.
S: Small orange funk, very light offering, with light pear and banana yeastiness.
T: Flavor showed a yeastiness of banana and pear, with some semi-dry orange. Spicy belgian hops, light peppery flair, with a light wet fruitiness.
M: Medium body, slick texture, very softly carbonated, could of used some crispness per style.
O: Overall some fruitiness, some funk, not alot, but enough to lightly accent and perhaps act as a gateway to style. Nice spicy belgian hops, some yeasty character, but fairly tame. Geared towards the mass craft drinker, die hards may be a bit let down. Big 8.8% abv that is very well hidden. Easy drinking.
