Strong white head with much fizz. A perfect semi-trasparent triple haze of pale orange tan.
Flowers sent the fragrance, and blended grassy fruits of wine.
An earthy punch with that flower presence. A very interesting blend of ingredients. Reminds me of Morning Glories.
Feels sweet and pleasant a very light for a Trip.
Mucho drinkable.
Cheers,
Jordan

Appearance: Rather hazy medium brown body, crowned by a modest , thin white head, which soon collapses to a dusting of foam. The lacing is thin and scattered. Little carbonation is present, and there is a moderate amount of suspended sediment.
Aroma: Robust aroma of coriander and cloves, sweet vinous alcohol, bitter apple, moderate earthy yeast, and bread-like wheat notes..
Taste: The taste begins with a moderate wave of coriander and cloves, soon followed by a moderate wave of spicy alcohol. Slight bitter apple notes are present as well. Late in the taste, there are moderate grassy hop notes, which linger on well after the end of the taste..
Mouth feel: Smooth and fairly full, pleasant..
Drinkability/notes: A pleasant, somewhat understated example of the style.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard eleven point two ounce Euro-style brown glass long-neck bottle with a pry -off crown, served in a New Belgium Brewing chalice.

A: Opaque light-copper colour, medium-sized head - excessive amount of lumpy sediment - off-putting.
S: Slightly winey, sour smell.
T: Follows the smell - metallic and bready with a dominant flavour of sour grapes.
M: Clingy and unpleasantly dry.
This definitely at the bottom of my tripel-radar - a thousand leagues away from titans like the St. Bernadus tripel.
I wasn't particularly impressed by the Witkap singel, but it was definitely a more interesting experience than the tripel.

A: 12 oz bottle that was a bit of a foamer after popping the cap off and poured into a snifter. The beer is a hazy yellow with a huge and dense white head with decent retention that slowly fades
S: smells of fruity esters, some spicy yeast, some alcohol and a slight lemony smell
T: sharp flavors of fruitiness up front, some base malt, some lemony citrus, spice, a bit of bready malt and some alcohol. slight tartness as well. swallow is slight pale malt flavor, wisps of those fruity flavors and a tinge of alcohol.
M: ample and prickly carbonation leaves this one feeling a bit thin
O: the carbonation is a little too high and I think the aftertaste is a little lacking. it's clean though and it has good flavors. let it warm up a bit to let the flavors shine better.

AROMA- Lush fruit, spice, floral hop, lemon rind, some honey sweetness, pretty textbook except for a low-level earthy-funky dimension
APP- opaque with haze, orange, low white head, bottle gushed
FLAVOR- Refined, citrusy, creamy, very perfumey alcohol hitting the sinuses with a clean spicy finish. Fruitiness that is so prominent in the nose lays quite low in the flavor. Light cloven phenols are very faint. Not much sweetness. Dry over-all.
MOUTHFEEL- Light-bodied, a little tart/ tangy and cidery, can almost say "gritty" from yeast.
OVERALL- A rustic intrepretation of the style. Never know what I'm gunna get from these guys, but always eager to find out.

Pour is hazy golden yellow with a creamy off white head and fairly thick lace. Nose is overly singular and sweet. Tons of juicy lemon with notes of honey and a touch of banana. Lots of lemonade characteristics with little else. Taste follows the nose, lemondate with a light yeast mid palate and a touch of bitter hop in the finish. Juicky feel, light body, softer carbonatino and lingering finish.

Drank from my Duvel Tulip.
A - Pours a very pale yellow straw colour, with a large two fingered White head that retains very well till the end.
S - Lots of yeast and bread not much else.
T - Up front some nice bitter notes, followed by some grainy lemon citrus notes, the finish is grainy with some residual sweetness that evens out the spice nicely.
M - The body is light to medium and the carbonation is the same.
O - Easy to write of this as a mediocor tripel. But I actually love its subtleness and well hidden boozyness. Let down by its smell.
