A:
Pours a nice clearish straw color with medium head that dissipates fairly rapidly.
S:
Nice sweet bread/hay smell.
T:
Smooth clear taste. Not very obtrusive in any way. Nice balance of sweetness and crispness.
M:
Refreshing and crisp the carbonation is there but not too much.
O:
Overall, a good beer. Not anything to write home about but it straddles sweetness and bitterness without becoming either suffocating or a chore to drink and all while remaining refreshing. Super drinkable.

A: Straw colour, clearn, pours a frothy 1/4 inch head that settles to a nice white film with some lacing.
S: Some grain, honey, bread.
T: Light flavours, some grain and malt. The bitterness does lean towards a bit more on the bitterness then the malt.
M. Light bodies, well carbonated, has a nice bitter end to it.
O: A session beer for sure. I love that for a beer that is a bit low on flavour it at least finishes bitter vs sweet. IMO the higher end of the American blond as the bitterness is prominent.

I am going from notes and have finally had time to go on the computer and type them in. Tried this beer out when I gave my coworker a ride home and offered me a beer he had picked up in Montreal a few weeks back.
The beer was poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: the beer poued a one finger head that reduced to a thin layer. The color of the beer was pale yellow and has good carboantion.
Smell: I got some slight hints of grain, light hop profile, honey, and bread.
Taste: honey, sweet malts, and some toasty characters.
Mouthfeel: high carbonation, slightly dry, good on the palate, smooth, and very drinkable.
Overall: great light session beer from the Queber province. Good to drink on warm weather days.

Poured from bottle recklessly into pint glass.
I first had this 8 years ago at my wedding reception where they had it on tap.
Golden colour with fluffy 1.5 finger head (dissipates to nothing in 90 seconds).
I smell a bit of hop and cereal notes.
Lots of fizzy carbonation. Light but it has a nice hop profile. A little bit of honey in the taste with a slightly bitter finish.
Respectable.

341ml bottle poured into a pint glass
Appearance - golden yellow, clear, average carbonation, nice big foamy/fizzy white head, some lacing.
Smell - breadiness, honey comb, grains, hops, honey comb cereal comes to mind...
Taste & Mouth - sweet notes, yeast and malts, nice dry refreshing finish
Drink - This is a great summer day session beer, definitely above average

341ml bottle.
A- Tons of bubbles, all different sizes. So many bubbles you could almost say it's bubble hazed. Giant white head is melting in clumps and leaves nice strands of lacing. Already different from on-tap.
S- Citric honey countered by some soft cream and butterscotch. Still pretty different from on tap.
T- Like the smell. This bottled version is a lot less aggressive than on tap. Can't really say it's a more watery version of the tap but it really is a less potent one. Not sure why. Like the tap version the bitterness is kind of rough but it is not a problem.
M- Pretty full body. Close to high carbonation. Reasonably dry.
D- Very good. If this is the best I could get, I would drink a bunch.
It was ok on tap but this mellower version is a better drink. It's good beer but the dirty tastes are just too present. I love bitter but dirty chemical bitter is not my thing.

Beer one from a huge Montreal beer haul!
Poured into a rounded lager glass. Medium golden, rapid carbonation leads to a 1/2 inch head that quickly dissolves to an almost inperceptible ring.
Nose is light malts and honey, nothing too powerful here.
Malts and honey, but with a hollow, over-carbonated finish. Slight lemon and hops here. Drinkable, certainly refreshing, but lacks character.
Spritzy carbonation, medium body, almost like a below-average Belgian Pale.
Nothing special, but certainly drinkable.

S : Malty, really light smell. Nothing special.
T : Cereals, malt
M : Really refreshing, but a bit watery.
D : This would make a great session beer.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
Pours a slightly cloudy wheat/blonde color with a big fluffy head and it looks like a decent amount of carbonation. Nose is a bit yeasty with light malt and an almost Belgian nose on it.
Taste is somewhat bland, it finishes really quick and only the carbonation lingers. Theres a light toasty maltiness on the finish that's pretty decent but it still has a distinct quebec taste that almost all their beers have.
