Pours a clouded amber color with a foamy, big and stable head.
Smells of green peas, old basement, softer, fresh cut grass and a whiff of dried garden herbs among fresh baked whole grain bread.
Has a supersoft, smooth mouthfeel with a finely nuanced, lively carbonation, which turns effervescent during the finish without distracting from the beers light and incredibly well balanced body.
Tastes of white bread dough, wrapped in wild honey, with an additional toffee note to it, getting balanced by the beer‘s world class mouthfeel, producing a lasting smoothness, which mellows the whole flavor profile. This leads to an unforseen complexity in which light nuances blend in marvelously well, especially soft straw, potatoe dumplings and a well accentuated hop nuance, with a dried herbs profile. Finishes lively, with a light rock sugar infusion adding to the soft grain foundation of the beer, which manages to feature the most pleasant hop dryness, creating a very well made aftertaste.
This got to be one of the best representations of the style, with an amazingly smooth mouthfeel, from which all flavors benefit tremendously. It drinks incredibly easy, with a flavor profile which sticks, due to its simplistic but well working set up.

Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is pilsner malt, white sugar, and grain. Medium bodied and carbonation, sweet. Nice and enjoyable lager.

On-tap at Das Meisterstück, Berlin, Germany
A: The appearance is tough to see because the beer was served in a stone mug but seems to bee light amber in color. It poured with a frothy white finger high head that died down leaving a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of yeast and grainy malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but isn't as yeasty, although there are clumps of yeast that lend some complex flavors.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a bit of smoothness.
O: With all of the clumps of yeast, this beer tastes like it is healthy and has lots of nutrients.

Got this the way it ought to be done - given to me from a float in the Markt Kueps Faschings Parade. Perfect for the parade, large off white head, amber orange color, pleasant scent and nice taste. What else is needed?

Half litre bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A: Pours smooth hazy amber-orange to toffee colour, small white head which fades quickly.
S: Strong toffee and caramel notes. Bread, cream, citrus and brown sugar.
T: Initial sweet malts, earth, wheat and milk comes through, fading seamlessly to bittersweet notes and cooked apple finish. A wonderful transition.
M: Very light, clean and neat. Moderate carbonation, very crisp.
O: A very nice crafted Keller, well balanced and highly drinkable.

Hazy orange color with beige head that goes away quickly. Grainy, bready aroma with a hint of honey. Taste follows with the exactly same notes. Very balanced and easy to drink but nothing really special.
