This American style unfiltered wheat beer is great anytime. The aroma is pleasantly grainy and sweet with a touch of honey. The appearance is pale yellow with minimal clarity. The flavor is not overpowering, and is quite quaffable. Honey Wheat has a low hop bitterness that is balanced out by the honey malt used in the mash. The mouth feel is smooth and crisp, and has medium to high carbonation. This beer is always a refreshing treat, and is available at our brewery year round.

From a 12 ounce can, this brew is a dark straw color, with some dark notes. Little head, quickly fading to none. The aroma is of wheat and malt. Some wheat twang in the taste, a hint of tartness mixed with sweet tones. Fuller in body than expected. Forgettable.

Good stuff, easily crushable, and you can really taste the honey layered in on top of the wheat ale underneath. This would be a nice go to beer.
