Hazy golden, nice frothy head that eventually fades to a ring.
Lemon zest, pepper, banana in the nose.
Pepper, juicy fruit, yeast, lemon zest, biscuit, pear, ginger. No funky aftertaste.
Crisp, bubbly mouthfeel.
Love the complexity on this one. Thumbprints continually impress me.

A: thin head on a cloudy dull golden body. occasional scattered spot of lacing.
S: I like the aroma its just not very Belgian. Notes include clove, anise, citrus mostly pineapple and some grains.
T: clove, lemon tartness, a little belgian yeast and club soda in the finish with also a bitter, metallic taste late.
M: light to medium body and very high carbonation. not as dry a finish as I want.
Overall: It wasnt a bad beer just not very Belgian or funky. I want more of the barnyard, yeast style of saison.

A - Pours with a small head of white foam on a hazy, golden body. The head settles at a moderate pace and leaves light lace.
S - Musty yeast, wheat, and notes of clove.
T - Sweet malt up front with an anise note in the middle. Some clove and nutmeg in the middle with a finish of spices, a touch of citrus, and mild hops.
M - Medium thick body, moderately high carbonation, and a slightly dry finish.
D - Not my cup of tea, the spice character is robust, but quite odd.

12oz brown bottle with no freshness date
A- Hazed and murky darker tangarine, lite tan head with bubbles on the larger side of tiny, stays nicely but leaves just some slippery foam.
S- Pungent nose filled with pepper, Belgian yeast spicing and ripe fruits.
T- Zesty, bold and flavorful, with pepper, plentiful a banana note, yeast and excess character burting through.
M- carbonation on the active side
O-Agressive saison, flavorful and quite enjoyable. Has the feel of an imperial or very American take on the style, and I like it.

12 oz bottle poured into a Teku glass (no bottle date)
Bright orange hue with slim white head that holds throughout. Numerous bubbles constantly heading to the surface. This beer is clearly carbonated properly for the style of Saison I prefer. Not very hazy. The beer is clear and clean but certainly not transparent.
You get the Belgian yeast on the nose. You can tell it is a Saison, but there aren't really any other specific notes on the nose.
Very clean flavor on point with numerous other Saisons. There is some orange peel and various spices. Effortlessly drinkable. The effervescence carries into the mouthfeel making it a joy to drink. I would not hesitate to pick up this beer again as a go-to Saison.
