Poured into a Sam Adams perfect pint.

A - Hazy and golden with lively carbonation. Pours a big white head that recedes immediately. No sign of a head after a short while.

S - Bright lemon zest with some lighter orange peel. Also there is a juicy fruit character and some banana esters.

T - Light/mild biscuit malt flavor up front. There is a touch of wheat. A nice peppery/earthy/spiced flavor blends well. Has a crisp/dry finish that leaves a pleasant spice aftertaste alongside some warm phenols.

M - Light to medium bodied, high carbonation.

O - The appearance was a let down from the vanishing head, I found the smell stylistically complex along with its taste. A little warm in the finish but still a great beer.
