Deep gold in color but not much of head.
Light hoppy smell with a touch of lemon.
Great pilsener taste, very light ton the hops. Light refreshing feel.
I could have this as an everyday beer. This is the fourth of 6 New Glarus beers . Not dissapointed in any.

Appearance: Pours a burnt orange brown color. Good bubbly head which dissipated quickly. Beautiful brew, everything a Pilsner should be.

Smell: Such a rounded wonderful malt front. The hops are perfectly balanced within the aroma. Leafy greens are wonderful on the undertones.

Taste: Wow. Bubbly yeast which is absolutely awesome. Rounded with a lot of malt and hops which is easy on the palette. The beers warms up in the body and a single ouch of alcohol cannot be felt. Everything you should look for out of a pilsner.

Mouthfeel: Light, bubbly, a nice coating of malt is left on the palette.

Overall: Probably my favorite pilsner. I remember having this brew early in my craft beer career and having it stand out. A truly wonderful beer, one to search out and find.
