Poured into a cigar city snifter on 4/2/11

Pours a pretty golden cider color with a nice bubbly head that leaves quickly leaving no lacing.

Smells of apples, surprise! Not much else happening.

Taste is crisp, sweet, and smooth, with tons of... Yep apples.

Mouthfeel has a nice crisp at the start from the carbonation and then it moves very smoothly the rest of the way down. Not much after taste.

Drinkability is good but this comes off less then a beer and more of a cider. I could drink a couple more but won't seek it out.
