Notes:
Treat yourself to a rare delight. The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale.
Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Review based on notes for a tasting a month back. Thanks for bringing this Gary.
A: Really nice glowing red, head came and went quickly.
S: Tons of fruit in the nose, obviously a bunch of fresh raspberry aroma, but also some tart cherry and maybe even a blueberry cranberry thing going on. The more you dig for other smells, the more the fruit hits you in the face.
T: Oh so fruity. It is sweet but also as the name implies it is tart. Normally this type of beers can be worrisome, but I have to say the flavor is right where it should be. Tons of macerated fruit, smooth yet syrupy. Well done, but it can definitely be a bit much for some.
M: Carbonation on this reminds me of the tingle you get from drinking warm soda. A little bit too prickly for me but again, body is slightly syrupy and coats the palette so it works out.
D: This was the first beer we tasted and it started us off with a really good pop. Its refreshing and easy to sip, but I understand why some people might not want to enjoy a whole 750ml to themselves. After awhile it seems it could get a little to much like drinking raspberry puree.
