Treat yourself to a rare delight. The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale.
Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Picked up in Milwaukee last weekend for $9.99

The red wax dipped bottle was poured into a snifter, semi rigorous pour produces about a half inch light pink fizzy head.
Quickly dissipating to leaves a small collar that slowly goes away.
Color on the beer is a glowing transparent ruby red.
Aroma is stunning, a tart bursting of juicy raspberries.
Juicy sweet delicious fresh picked berries, very distant grassy hops mixing with a touch of grains, but mostly overcome by berries.
Taste is pretty much the sa,e with more tartness from the fruit, a kiss of wood. finishing with mild bittering tart berries and drying out. Feel is crisp and clean and just a small amount of slick feel through the swallow. I'm guessing this is saliva as my mouth is watering as I drink this.

The Gummy Bears cartoon, meets beer on this one.
