Nice ruby red / auburn color. Nice, medium-sized head with excellent retention. Very pretty.
Aroma is sweet and strongly cherry. Taste is similarly very sweet with lots of cherry flavor, a little malt backbone towards the end and a slightly dry finish that hints of hops. Very tasty and interesting.
Mouthfeel is medium-light with good carbonation.
Too sweet for regular drinking, but very nice as a dessert and could be good with certain foods, maybe roasted chicken.
