330ml bottle. Tumbler glass. From my notes –dec´12. Pale yellow color. Clear appearance. White, large size bubbled, froth. Quickly dissipated crown. Grainy, slightly malty aromas with grassy notes. Flavors are as expected from aromas. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Grassy & floral hops overwhelm malts in the middle & linger into a dry bitter finish. Drinkable & correct, even though the overall results quite flat.

500ml bottle served in a tulip glass. Enjoyed with friends @ Mr. Beer, Vitória - ES. Nice Brazilian beershop chain.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow color forming a medium aired bubbled white head. Medium retention and some lacings left in the glass
S: Sweet and grainy. Notes so grassy hops. Yeasts
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Very malty beer. Yeasts and a nice crispy hop bitterness background. Grassy. A little bit metallic. Overall is dry and mild bitterness
M: A light but smooth body. Medium to low carbonation. Very grainy aftertaste with some grassy hoppy bitterness
O: Very drinkable and refreshing beer. Good quality German Helles

500ml bottle
A- Bright gold, good clarity. Healty, one finger head, shows good retention and lacing
S- Grainy malts, with a slight soapy, sweet feel. Nice grassy bitterness on the back of things
T- Pretty much what the smell suggested. Slightly crisp, grainy/crackery malts, with a very mild fruity/floral sweetness developing on the palate. Pretty strong and bitter on the grassy hops side (and by strong i mean compared to most german helles), with a clean, refreshing finish and aftertaste
M- Light to medium body, decently smooth. Carbonation is definitely too low though maybe it was just an issue wih this one bottle
O- Nice helles, nice overall balance and drinkability. Good for some refreshment

My 3rd Riegele helles of the night. 500ml bottle. Mindestens haltbar bis: 09.02.12.
It is a bit lighter than the lesser abv Export but slightly darker than the Ur-Hell. It is a bright gold with a white head that leaves some okay lacing.
The smell is fruity and doughy, almost a mix of the previous two.
I feel the flavor is the most robust. It carries a decent hoppines but also a decent sweet maltiness.
It is on par with the others.

A: Thin greyish yellow color. Quickly dissipating head with large bubbles.
S: Woody and sappy malts, grassy hops.
T: Surprisingly sweet malts, but that's not to say overly sweet. Definitely within a pleasant range. Slightly tangy hops.
M: Slightly astringent, yet relatively soft.
O: Decent beer.
