Pale colour but not quite as pale as other Helles, clear with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma was Munich style malts with a hint of grass. Tasted Munich malts, slightly tart, finish was sharp and slightly grainy, hint of roasted malt at the very end. Well carbonated, crisp with a slightly coarse edge. Good refreshing hot weather beer but definitely not a Bock, it's a Helles.

A: Pale yellow bordering on green, minimal rising carbonation with a rich sizeable head.
S: Aluminum, pear, fresh, grass.
T: Mild grassy hops, slightly sweet copper malt,
M: Tongue drying, slight carbonation stinging,
O: Just fine, wouldn't jump at it but perfectly drinkable.

This beer pours a old golden color with a steady stream of carbonation and a fast collapsing head.
Smell is malty with a doughy smell and some biscuity and slightly husky whiffs.
Taste is fresh and sizzling, with a medium malt backbone, which has some honey and doughy charactaristics. There is not as much bitter as I expected and the usual German sulfuric yeast components are not present. Mouhfeel is slightly sticky and I more or less tastes more like a non-German pilsner to me.
