I had this rarity on-tap at the brewpub during a recent stay in St. Louis.
A: Poured a mildly cloudy, slightly darker than straw yellow color, with about a 1/2 finger head that stuck around for a bit.
S: I got the Belgian yeast strain right away, but it wasn't too funky in the least. Not an extreme spice bomb by any stretch, and this had a very yeasty disposition overall.
T: This was a very fresh-filtered-water-esque Belgian style wit through and through with hints of lemon and lots of yeast all around.
M: The lacing was downright ridiculous and the spice component was rather mild in the banana and coriander department which I though was a good change of pace.
O: This was a nice entry and one that should appeal to the masses who are normally turned off by extreme, spice-laden Witbiers.

Enjoyed at the brewpub in St Louis, reviews from notes.
A:single finger head wit excellent lacing on a hazy bright gold body.
S: Belgian yeast which is mildly pungent with herbal hops.
T: spicy/clove herb notes, mild citrus and a nice pale malt base.
M:medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: a rare style for me, this is only my second of this type. Overall I like this one. It isn't very complex but it touches on the basics of Belgian brews well.

not sure this is a witbier, and mine was listed at 5.1% abv. apparently the breeding ground for the yeast of their quad, and it seems like it. the pour is mostly clear, but sunny yellow with an awesome head, bone white, tall and lasting. yummy looking. the nose is belgian yeast, maybe at an overkill level, but mildly fruity and spicy, with a lot of pale and wheat malt, which works fine for me. flavor is the same, totally yeast forward, dry in the finish, and more alcoholic than its listed at really. not boring, not unique, but well made. well carbonated but not totally belgian bright, and lighter bodied, but still a little loady from the yeast remaining. its plain, but its unconventional at the same time. i digged it quite a bit, but wouldnt suggest it to someone looking for something mind blowing.

Enjoyed on-tap @ the Schlafly Tap Room in St. Louis, MO for $4.50. Tapped from the Black/Stainless Steel Handle into a 16oz Nonic/Pint Glass.
Aroma- Has tons of strong malt and light amber characteristics. Almost no hop aroma.
Appearance- Received with a 1.5 finger head that has poor retention. The body is clear as can be and a copper tone to it. Leaves thick lace behind.
Flavor- A malt bomb from the first initial taste and very clean. A ton of wheat flavor comes around mid drink and stays til the end. Herbal/Floral hops? No bitterness.
Mouthfeel- Light Bodied, Medium-High Carbonation, Smooth but then bites with wheat flavor.
Overall Impression- While never having a Belgian "Singel" before, this one was fairly generic. A good beer to start off your day but far too much of a wheat flavor for me. Wish more hops were around.

Served on-tap in a pint glass at the Schlafly Tap Room. Slightly hazy pale yellow body with a one-finger white head. A little lacing .
The aroma is fairly faint, but I do get some spices and a bit of citrus.
Very happy with flavor on this one. Strong presence of the spicy notes from the yeast; good citrus flavor, and a nice sweet malt flavor mixing it all together well.
Medium to light mouthfeel, with a slightly crisp finish. Overall, a very flavorful low abv beer. Would definitely have it again.

A: Misty golden/amber color. Gorgeous lacing.
S: Very zesty aroma of malt, wheat, and hops. Slight citrus bouquet accents the sweetness quite nicely.
T: Strong malt sweetness initially. Lingering hints of grapefruit, honey, and coriander
M: Medium-light body. Very crisp and refreshing. Slight burn that is quite invigorating

Came to the tap room for my wifes birthday, ordered this one up. Has a light amber color with a small head. The smell is great, has a nice yeasty aroma , very good. The taste is very mild, a great easy drinking Belgian, it seems any Belgian minus wits are strong but this on is much lighter than. Drinkability is phenomenal, it really is an easy drinking, food beer

Consumed 5/25 at the Bottleworks location.
Served in a pilsner glass.
A: This beer pours a hazy, lighter golden color. Not much of a head with the pour but sheets of lacing are left behind.
S: Nose is muted but light banana, apple, and yeast.
T: Taste starts with a very light biscuit mingled with apple. Bigger yeast comes through in the middle, with lighter spiced notes. Far more apple comes in with banana and clove taking more of a presence.
M: Lighter side of medium body, medium carbonation, nice slick feel with a relatively clean finish.
O: Goes down easy, tasty, not too filling, mild kick, decent representation of style.

A: Beautiful hazy golden color with a nice large fluffy white head.
S: Very nice belgian yeast funk. Earthy and smells of hay.
T: Belgin yeast right up front. Spicy on the back end. Wonderful creamy citrus flavor.
M: Bubbly, spicy, and a mild bitterness. Creamy and perfect consistency.
O: Notbad at all! Really enjoyed the mouthfeel. Great way to get a nice funky belgian flavor without thd alcohol content. Awesome "session" beer.

A - Poured a hazy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It had limited retention and left little lacing.
S - It smelled fruity and yeasty with a spiciness.
T - It tasted of wheat malt and a spicy bite. Some fruity flavors, too.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This was a nice ale. I'm glad I got to try it at the Bottleworks.

Looks more like a hef, good lacing but little head and few bubbles, yellow and hazy, but nice for the style, an appealing looking glass of beer.
Both smelled and tasted strongly of lemons and ginger. Should have almost been a "ginger beer."
Drinkability would be a 4 or 4.5 if you're especially fond of ginger, but otherwise this was a slightly above average offering for the style, a decent brew.

Pours a cloudy, golden/copper color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smesll of yeast, citrus (banana), sweet malt, slight tart malt, and slight spice. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of slight tart malt, slight sweet malt, yeast, slight hops, and citrus (banana). Overall, a good blend, body, mouth feel, and aroma.
