Clear pale straw yellow color with a modest and fast disappearing white head.

The aroma is light toasted malt, lemon and herbal hops.

The taste is light crisp bready malt with hints of honey and lemon, finishing slightly dry with a nice herbal hop note.

Refreshing, smooth and very drinkable. Light/medium bodied. A very nice summer cooler but good enough to be a year round drink.

I poured a 12 ounce bottle into a lager glass. Born on date was March 2012, tasted in November.

A: Clear, straw yellow color with a thin, white head that dissipates quickly.

S: Crisp aroma with hints of grass and melon

T: Mild with a refreshing grassy taste that a short aftertaste. Moderate hops for a lager-style beer. There is a slight mustiness that may be related to age.

M: Light-bodied with very little finish.

Overall, this was a more refreshing, crisp, hoppy beer than I expected. The quick finish left something to be desired, but an easy-drinking summer cold beer as the name suggests.
