Pours a deep, hazy ruby orange color. A finger of tine bubbled head that sticks around for a while. Lots of apparent carbonation in this one.

The most pleasant thing about the nose is that it doesn't smell too sweet. Too many pumpkin beers are cloyingly sweet for me (admittedly, not my favorite style). I get cinnamon, pumpkin, nutmeg and some nice bready notes. I don't just get pumpkin pie filling, it smells like there's some crust in there too.

The taste follows the nose. Lots of pumpkin pie spices, pumpkin, caramel malt, and a little bit of spiciness.

A good medium bodied, well carbonated beer. Nice and creamy.

As I said, not my favorite style. However, as pumpkin beers go, this one might be my new favorite. I can't get it in MN so thanks to Shrode21 for the extra.

A - Almost copper, zero head, zero lacing, carbonation creates movement in surface of brew throughout entirety.

S - Real nice. love the spices. Cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and obviously pumpkin.

T - Initially spices blend together very nicely and come together for a sweet (but not overly sweet) taste. finish is slight acidic, very low hops and barely a touch of booze. 8ABVs are eliminated.

M - Nice and frothy, full and thick, high viscosity and the spices linger. great combo.

O - This has to be a pumpkin brew all can enjoy. Flavors and spices and potent but mellow. Nothing dramatic with any one flavor. It is certainly a pleasure to enjoy this pumpkin brew in March.
