Gold color, with a delicate mist, two-centimeter, white foam, is not permanent. The aroma of malt, honey with a sweet banana in the background, with notes of lemon, lime. Taste like earlier malt is mixed with notes of fruit and a whole seem perfectly balanced. The finish is only bitterness. There is perhaps an impressively high (IBU 45), but it is incredibly intense. Dry, slightly grassy, grapefruit saturation high.

Yellow colour with a good head with awesome retention, but the fact that this pilsener is unfiltered makes it look a bit less refreshing somehow. Strong smell of pilsener hops. Same goes for the taste: this pilsener is heavy on the (Saaz?)-hops. Bittersweet in the mouth, quite dry in the finish. Light to medium body, refreshing with a crispy finish. The beer is a bit monotone, but it's still a nice example how to make the pilsener style more interesting.

Meh, tastes more like a lager/pilsener.

33cl bottle, labeled as Christoffer Blond. Clear pale golden, with a tall, fine-grained white head with good retention. Smells like pilsner hops, honey, malt sugars and some generic hops. Bitter-sweet and as far away from a pilsener as I ever had, crisp and refreshing, with notes of bitter hops, honey, green hops and sugar. A bit spicy in the aftertaste. Very nice.

330ml Bottle in Café De Spuyt, Amsterdam (€5.50):
A very nice pilsner that went down quite nicely. The beer had an excellent balance with a solid fruity backing & plenty of flavours to keep you interested as well as remaining refreshing & easy to drink throughout. There was definitely more hops than I was expecting & the finish was quite a dry one but overall the beer was very good & well worth trying.
