Nice big white head, leaves a thin layer and medium lacing. Full golden color, slightly cloudy. Has quite some carbonation in the glass.
Smell is hoppy, some lemon, grass, yeast, lemoncakes, bananabread. Sweet and fruity.
Taste: bitter hops at first, but then a more sweet and fruity taste. Still some citrus, but more orange than lemon. The cakes from the nose are there, but more in the background. Finishes slightly bitter again, with a nice balance between hops and yeast.
Mouth is medium, quite a lot of carbonation. Hardly any alcohol present. Clings to the mouth and prickles the tongue. Really into it.
Overall: not a typical IPA, but it has some great hops in there. Nice balance, and great mouth. I could drink this all the time. Wish they would keep this in their range, as it's by far the best from De Leckere I've had.

Served on-tap at In de Wildeman, on to the beer:
When there's a big, fluffy head on too which lasts all the way down, I'm excited. When underneath there's a toasted gold color which shines, the excitement continues. Also exciting are the other aspect of the beer. A rustic nose which brings pleasant grassy hops and a note of mint shows that the name lives up to the beer. Not to be overshadowned, the taste of a light sugary apricot tocuhes down, followed by grassy notes. Not far behind is a flash of grapefruit, then a rustic touch to finish the deal. Despite the complexity, the flavors work well togehter. Its mouthfeel registers closer to medium than light, yet it feels airy with carbonation that is well placed.
India Blonde? I prefer to just call it a hoppy blonde, and De Leckere's version is simply fun to drink.
