This is an aromatic, flavourful pilsner in character somewhat like a slightly lower-grade version of Moonlight Reality Czech rather than truly being "Czech" in the actual flavours. It;s not great, but it is very good.
Golden, it has a firm, medium white head that shrinks slowly and leaves a little lace.
The aroma is perfumy, faintly fruity grain and bagels with flowery citrus and herbs.
The flavour is also mostly bagels and lightly fruity grain with mostly flowery citrus hops along with hints of fresh herbs and grass. The bitterness is dominant but just, smooth and supproted by light sweetness. The finish has a crisp, lightly bitter hop bight before a pleasant grain afetrtaste that lingers.

On tap at Beachwood BBQ.
All in all, a rather good beer. For the czech pilsener style, the malt seemed a little too strong and leaned a bit too much toward a caramel sort of flavor. Other styles comments? The hops also seemed strong for the style.
That said, I liked the beer. Strong, crisp hop flavor against a caramel-y and slightly grainy body. Possibly a touch of vegetal notes (I'd need to try it again..wasn't really concentrating..might have imagined it). Finishes decently dry.
Not super complex, but pleasant, refreshing and tasty. Maybe not stylistically good, but good, nonetheless.

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a darker yellow than a usual pils, medium white head with a lot of lacing.
S: Bready malt, standard pils.
T: Definitely has an upfront hop attack. Good balance between the malt and hops. Lightly astringent in the aftertaste. Solid pils flavour.
M: Light/medium body, crisp and smooth. Good for the style.
D: A really nice pils from a Norcal brewery I've really come to respect. Very drinkable and goes down easy. Not as good as Reality Czeck, but few are. Recommended.

Very clear light yellow to straw appearance. Lacy white head that stuck to the sides throughout. Light flower and malt nose. Taste is a quick punch of grain with a nice bitter finish. This is the kind of beer an average beer fan should come and enjoy. The malt taste may be surprising, but it sucks you right in. Yum!
