A- Hazy and golden; 3 finger of off white head; Creamy foamy head, lots of little bubbles.

S- Piney, grapefruit and some kind of savory smell.

T- really bitter wow; You get the grapefruit more on the taste then you do the smell; Get some malt at the back end of the taste.

M- Medium bodied; Crisp, smooth and refreshing; Easy drinker besides the insane amount of bitterness.

O- Not my favorite IPA that I've had but its good and worth trying if you can.

What can I say more than: I simply love this beer.

The appearance is a golden orange hue, with a slight haze from the hop and yeast sediment left in the bottle-conditioned beer (detractors call these "floaties"). I will take half a point off, because I do not drink the last 1/4" inch of the yeasty brew.

Smells like citrus, hops, and floral yeast notes. Delicious.

Tastes like mango, orange, with a distinctly hop-forward finished. Not overly bitter, dry and not sweet.

Mouthfeel is INCREDIBLE! Love the bottle-conditioned carbonation levels - nice chewy beer. Mouthfeel may be the number one reason that I love this beer.

Overall, I will always seek out and drink MONGO!
