A- Pours pretty thick, something with a mild viscosity I'd say about 400cp, Ohhhh Fluid Dynamics JOKE!!!!

S- Lots of sweet molasses, burnt caramel, some oak and vanilla flavors, some burnt marshmallows.

T- Love this taste, full flavor very sweet and charred caramel. I get lots of sweet vanilla, some Bourbon cherry flavor and it gots of molasses. At the end I gett a roasted chocolate/ espresso bean very little burning. This is a very taste beer reminds me a lot of Parabola another amazing Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. It has been a while sense I have had Old Viscosity and makes me want to grab a bottle right now.

M- Very chewy and little bit of warm flavor from the alcohol.

O- Great beer nuff said.
