Every First Friday a one-off cask is opened. This one was from December's First Friday.

A: Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head which fades slowly leaving some rings.

N: Basically just chamomile herbs and a trace of malt sweetness.

T: Very tea-like with a nice mild sweetness from the avocado honey.

M: Semi-moderate body and medium carbonation. Herbal chamomile lingers long on the finish.

O: Pretty good one. Enjoyed. Must return on a First Friday again to see what is on.
