The Colorado Kölsch is a derivative of the German Kölsch. It is a light and crisp ale with a hint of fruitiness.

Straw hued body, crystal clear; fantastic carbonation; 1 1/2 finger thick head, semi-creamy; patchy flecks of foam cling to the glass. Light bread crust aroma. Light, bready taste, a bit of cracker and biscuit; light to moderate hop bitterness; very, very subtle fruitiness. Light to medium body; crisp and semi-smooth on the palate; light overall dryness to the mouthfeel.
Another decent take on the kölsch style of beer. The taste and smell are rather subdued for the style but still there. The mouthfeel is sublime - softly textured with a light velvet feel. Light and refreshing.
Pouring temperature: 42 °F; canning data: BBD 08/08/2022

Tried to give this one a chance and maybe a kolsch like this isn't for everyone, but I couldn't drink more than one.
Super light and carbonated. For taste, you have citrusy notes like lemongrass, floral-y and very slight honey.

I have heard good things about this kolsch. I didn't find anything about it that was stand out. Hopefully I can have this on draft sometime to give it a better examination.

Light, refreshing, easy drinking. Palest yellow with a half inch head, lots of bubbly carbonation rising. Smells of malt, faint hops. Floral, grassy taste, light feel, overall delightful.

12 oz. Bottle
Pours a nice yellow color, nice carbonation, with a pretty nice small off-white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, grass/wheaty. The taste is malty, yeasty, grassy/wheaty. Medium body. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.
