300 ml bottle at home. Poured into a pilsner glass.
Golden yellow colour, with one finger froathy head.Average activity in the glass in the form of bubbles. The head goes off rather fast, leaving light lacing around the glass.
Aroma is quite malty, you can easily smell the sweetness.
The taste is balanced though, thus not so sweet as someone would expect from the smell. There is some bitterness while you drink it which turns to sweetness once you swallow it. Aftertaste is definitely bitter though.
On the palate leaves some dryness behind. Medium body and average carbonation too.
Overall a good and honest beer, slighty better than the original Gulpener.

From notes on 6/20/2011
A: Very neon orange, light carbonation.
S: Sweet but heavy in a nice way, floral hay, very floral for a pils.
T: Fresh, light, very flavorful, honey, fairly hoppy, almost fruity.
M: Soft with light carbonation.
O: Very good pils. Again I really like the Dutch takes on pilsners. Original taste.

Not that much of a head and collapsing soon. Deep golden beercolor and clear. Nose is empty, litle malts, litle oxidation, sweetish and litle peararome. Taste is empty, watery, litle malts, litle sweet and no bitterness. One like all pilseners from biger dutch breweries easy drinkable but hardly any mouthfeel and taste.
