The colour is cool straw yellow (4 EBC), the large white head is airy. It sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is bitter and hoppy. Some fruity flavours; apples, oranges, passion fruits, ripe bananas. Hints of tart wheat and candy-like sweetness. Hints of Belgian yeast in the background.
The taste got some tart-dry wheat flavours, hints of dry fruits (star fruit, green bananas) clean bitterness and a mild sweetness. Light body. The aftertaste is mild, smooth and balanced with some green bananas. The finish is somewhat dry with fruits, wheat flour and a mild bitterness.
The carbonation is mild, the many small bubbles fresh, almost sharp. The liquid is light and yet a little sticky.
A pleasant thirst-drencher with some nice Belgian flavours.

A: Pours slightly hazy yellow with a large compact but at the same time light and fluffy white head. The dissipation is slow and leaves nice lacings.
S: Lots of citric and sour, yeasty/spicy notes - very Belgian. Grassy.
T: Sourdough bready malt, rather dry. Yeast and spices; peppers. Then the citric notes kicks in; grapefruits, lemons and limes, very nice.
M: Long sour and bitter aftertaste. Body is dry and medium, while carbonation is medium. Very smooth.
O: A refreshing summer beer - I had it after the warmest day so far this summer.

The brew is pale yellow straw colored, a white fluffy head that leaves good lacing. No curtains.
Much citric notes, lemon, lime, newly cut grass.
Starting with white unsweetened bread, crackers, lemon juice and grape-fruit peel.
Medium carbonation, soft and refreshing, a small body and long dry finish.
A real cooling down beer for the summer heat.
