16 oz can courtesy of the PacNW homies pours a very hazed gold color with a short white head, decent retention for the style.

Nose is grainy and fresh, this smells much better than most macros. Just a slight hint of floral hops.

Taste is sweet and freshly crushed grains. Pretty tasty actually...tastes more line an all-malt lager than and adjunct lager. The mouthfeel is also very big for the style. Call me crazy, but I actually like this beer...quite a bit.

A: Poured a transparent, deep golden yellow, with good carbonation yielding a medium sized white cap which quickly resedes into a light ring clinging to the edge of the glass

S: Some toasted grains, biscuits, herbal and grassy

T: Initial taste is a little tame on the taste buds. After a second or two the palate picks up on some toasted grains, herbal notes with a biscuity background leaving a herbal bittering hop presence. The finish is clean, that subtle bitterness tends to linger on the palate a bit.

M: Carbonation is pretty much on target. Light to medium bodied, this a is a fuller bodied representation of the style. Nothing wrong with that.

O: I am in full admittance that this is not my favorite style by any means, however, I fully enjoy a good, well crafted Pils and Lager. A good clean lager is hard to pull off and these styles dont hide imperfectiosn well. My only issue with this beer is a lack of "crisp" refreshingness and the head retention. Otherwise I think its pretty good.
