Copper colored beer with head which laces the glass. Very low malt aroma, practically zero hop aroma. The flavor is sweet malt with hop bitterness more like a standard Pale Ale. The bitterness lasts into the finish which is dry. The body is a little thin and the drinkability is a little less than average.

This IPA to me is a hop heads delight to which I am one. Listed as strong bitter with a dry hop character.
It poured a dark golden and was a little cloudy. Carbonation was limited yet a large crowning glory was seeping over the rim of the glass.
The taste was very rewarding as the hops charged forward relentlessly...never letting up.
I left with a growler of this IPA.
Impressive.

The beer was initially made available about 1/2 hour before I sampled it (not on the list the previous day). It poured a hazy copper color, with a thin head. As with the amber, I noticed very little hop aroma, and for an IPA this was disappointing. The flavor was weak and thin, as the malt and hops were struggling to be noticed. The aftertaste brought some slight bitterness, but it reminded me of a regular pale ale. This needs more hops and malt to be in the IPA category.
