Abdij beer from Belgium. 33 cl. bottle.


Looks brown, with creamy head, nice lacing in the glass.

Smell is typical of dark belgian ale: fruity fresh, slightly roasted, yeasty malty. Syrup is quite pronounced here too.

Taste is specially malty and yeasty. After that, some fruity and syrup sweetness

Very smooth and balanced aftertaste. Very easy in the mouth.
This beer is easy drinkable, but perhaps a bit boring too.
Still a very nice beer overall.
