Bottle:

Clear Gold , big puffy bone white cap. Great lacing moderate carbonation.

Aroma is on mark for style: Bready and wet hay with a light sulphur must.

Front side is malty with sweet and bitter in perfect balance, herbal noble hop bite, longer finish with moderate drying light bitterness and that wonderful Munich malt breadiness and nobel hopping leave a lemon like impression.

Decent deviation to the style by a big commercial brewer. This is a rich Munich fest Helles....not a trasitional Oktoberfest marzen

On tap poured into a shaker pint.

Appearance
Golden with a tiny white head. Excellent clarity and moderate carbonation.

Nose
Not much here at all. Faint whiffs of bread and cereal grains.

Taste
Hints of bread, cereal grains and Munich malts. A sprinkling of brown sugar. There is a strong off-flavor of green apple or something.

Mouthfeel
Light-medium bodied, crisp, clean and well carbonated.

Overall
Weak.
