I picked this up at Thirsty's - poured chilled in a 1/2 pint.

The color is golden honey with light haze and thin cap of white with tight bead. The lace clings well. The smell is fruity with stone fruit, plum-like odors with slight biscuit scent with a herbal hop aroma and mild spice w/ gentle yeast breadiness and mild sulphur tinge. The feel is good with gentle mineral dry qualities and moderate carbonation with slightly sweet middle and med full body overall with mild bitterness.

The Ale has a very nice hop flavor which melds well with the fruitiness of the yeast and biscuit flavor in the malt with nice herbal tinge and the yeast adds a slight earthy element with nice pine accents in the hops coming through into the finish. Overall I liked this beer a lot it is a high quality british inspired beer with some nice yeast and hop flavor with a great balance overall.

A: pours a nice copper color with a good head that fades to some lacing.

S: Aroma of mild citrus with malt caramel sweetness with a bit of grain and spice.

T: Taste of citrus with a mild caramel sweetness some grain and bit of spice. Nice bitterness and a clean finish.

F: Medium body, smooth, with a bit of character and nicely balanced.

O: Nice beer for an English style Pale Ale. Worth a try.
