Our version of a West Coast Style IPA. There are 12 pounds of hops in every 7-barrel batch, with a solid malt backbone to hold up to the bitterness and hop flavor. Bright amber with orange hues and a dense rocky off-white head. The nose smells of pine and grapefruit with earthy notes and a hint of tropical fruit. The roundness of the malt carries the flavors through this hop-forward beer. The bitterness is persistent to the dry, clean finish.

Two fingers of rocky white foam cover an semi opaque deep gold liquid, yet exhibiting clarity under ok cap retention when held up to the light; as liquid reduces, thin ring and soapy lacing remain. DDH emits strong peach, melon and grapefruit notes. Taste follows nose and includes a light bitter lemon rind/citrus finish; very light malt sweetness for a foundation. Medium lite body, moderate minus carbonation, soft pleasing feel (oats?); no hop astringency. Overall, this IPA has a great nose and tastes good; light easy drinking and well balanced between the sweet malt and bitter hops; I could pound these all day long.

A rusty golden color with honey and orange highlight. Mega white frothy dome, 3" high, clumpy and Lacy.
The hops are crazy tropical scented! Tangy oranges, Peppery pineapple, strawberry, key lime pie, and pine tree sap. Very aromatic! Sweet honey style malted grains underneath.
A very clean spring water style current that has a multitude of hoppy fruitiness inside. Crisp water and juicy flow with a Light, bright and easy feel.
A green and leafy hop taste rides in after, with the pine and amber, almost honey style golden malt complexity. Golden wheat and straw in the malt, as the mouthfeel becomes a bit watery and thin. The flavor remains full and complex...in the most simple and easy way possible. ** Stone fruit style citrus and light tropical hop mash is an excellent flavor. Maybe a bit light and dry in the mouthfeel.
Golden West coast style with a minimal bitterness and almost no bite or dry effect from the hops, which throws off style points for me. Overall a fun,but strange ride. Like a Carnival Fun House.

Nice hybrid West Coast/NEIPA. Slightly hazy with a nice mix of pine and citrus fruits on the nose. Taste is light with a nice mix of resin and tropical notes.

Poured on draft into a pint glass at The Union Diner in Laconia NH. Pours a dark orange with a one inch white head that leaves behind plenty of lace.
Smell is tangerine, apricot, honey, pine, and grapefruit.
Taste follows nicely some tropical fruit upfront, a little hones and biscuit in the middle, with pine and grapefruit in the clean finish.
Mouthfeel is less medium, plenty of life, not dry at all, and easy drinking.
Overall this is a nice IPA, a great beer to start people into hoppy beers.
