Quite pale, cloudy pale yellow. Remarkable head retention. Aromas and flavors of banana puree, powdered clove, plain bubble gum and a twang of fermented wheat. Very balanced and refreshingly crisp to say the least. Highly drinkable, played well against the homemade sausage at Redbones.

Bright yellow hue gives off an iridescent look. The body was slightly hazy with tons of carbonation.

The scent was nice but light with bits of lemon and clove.

The taste and feel we're very much intertwined with strong bubbly expression. Almost champagne like, the bubbles lifted the flavor off of the tongue and dampened any real taste. Touches of lemony sweetness, banana and clove were present but hard to detect because of the large amount of carbonation. Overall, I wonder if I simply got a lovely batch or there's more hiding in this that I just missed.
