12 oz can was poured into a mug.
Appearance: This beer poured a one finger head that reduced to a thin layer. It is a golden straw yellow with great clarity and bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Pretty straight forward here folks. Sweet and bready malts with some grassy hops. Lots of malts and corn characteristics.
Taste: Same as above. Quantity over quality here. Tingly and grassy hops. Cereal malts in there too
Mouthfeel: Too drinkable, light, low to medium carbonation, and pretty basic.
Overall: Better than most in this category. Got the can from a friend who is from Baltimore. I guess it id there state beer. Very drinkable, but basic.

If you have lived or even been to Baltimore in the last few decades you have heard of Natty Boh. Unfortunately it is not made here any more, but the tradition and pride of this beer lives on. No matter who you ask in Maryland, they will tell you that Boh is a go to choice for good times when wallets are tight or not.Cheap has nothing to do with the love for this beer, (although it helps), it is the tradition. Long live Natty Boh and the memories it has made!
This is Baltimore baby! Crabs and Boh, it doesn't get much better.

A-poured into a frozen pilsner glass-its straw yellow, a few shades darker than water with a fizzy white head that dissipates immediately
S-typical generic "beer" nose, kind of musty and malty
T-It is slightly sweet from the malt with a nice crisp finish, with just a hint of hops. It doesn't have that thick huskiness to it like PBR which causes it to have less taste but it seems more crisp and clean, which I enjoyed. For an AAL I thought this tasted good and was very refreshing.
M-Thin and watery but it has a nice carbonated crispness to it.
D-I could drink this all day, its crisp and clean and for the style its pretty good.
Overall, this is one of my favorite versions of the style, which is why I gave it a 4 in the overall category even though my ratings would suggest otherwise. Its not as good as Schlitz Gusto, but to me it is more enjoyable than most of the others in the category. Its also cheap, which is nice.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a 14 oz "pint" glass. Pours a straw yellow with a one finger head that dissipates quickly. Smells of sweet grain that is it. Tastes of water, grain, and maybe a little corn. Beer is carbonated correctly and is very drinkable for its light body. Overall, a slightly below average beer, but not a bad adjunct lager.

If you've ever been to Baltimore in the past 10 years, you've seen "Natty Boh" out at the bars. It is a seventies style American beer. It is made to be cheap. People only drink it in the city because of it's price and nostalgia. Everyone's parents in Baltimore ate steamed crabs and swigged down the old bay with some Natty Boh. And so the tradition continues.

This is not a good beer, it's somewhere in the mysterious realm between Yuengling Lager and Pabst Blue Ribbon. This gets a 4 because it is literally the cheapest beer I can buy in Richmond, VA. This beer recently came to Virginia, and it is the cheapest beer available if you don't count malt liquor. It tastes cheap, smells cheap, and feels cheap; but, it is very drinkable and has a slightly higher than average ABV.
Buy some Natty Boh, it's Baltimore in a can.
