Poured into a Pint Glass

Appearance - Dark Hazy Amber with a 2 finger head. Really can't see any carbonation going on thanks to the haze.

Smell - Barley, Cherry, Malts, Wheat , and some mild floral hops. Smell is surprisingly mild, at least compared to the Sam Adams Cherry Wheat.

Taste - Cherry, Wheat, Floral Hops, Malts and Barley with a tart aftertaste. It's sweet but not in an overpowering sense and very well balanced. As it warms up, the cherry flavor begins to become more obvious

Mouthfeel - Light body and some light carbonation. It isn't crisp or refreshing to drink, but it is easy to drink

Overall - For a fruit beer, this is quite good! The flavor is nice and tart without being too sweet and it's very easy to drink. The flavor is not for everyone but for what it is, it's quite tasty

Poured from a pint size bottle into a pint glass.

Pours light amber, very clear, red/pinkish hue. Immense creamy white foam. My pour yileded 2 inches at least. Cherry nose, malty too. Taste is light fruity, followed by a burst of carbonation, and then tart cherries. That closing tart sour holds. Really firm in the mouthfeel. Perhaps a bit too fizzy. Balanced.

Reviewed from tasting notes.

Has a pink-tinged amber color with a small single finger head but no lacing. Body and carbonation levels are both on the lighter side of medium strength.

Smells lightly of tart semi-medicinal cherries, but is mostly a medium wheat malt-forward on the nose. Taste is inverted from the nose expectations, with a semi-sour / medicinal medium cherry presence, but only light wheat malt flavors. The finish actually goes sweeter than the rest of the sip, which I found somewhat mildly jarring...

It's an OK beer, but has a few problems that keep it from being great.
