Named after Georgetown owner Mann Chao, this pale ale’s made with Summit and Cascade hops. Enjoyed in a shaker pint.

Bright, cloudy copper. A creamy, one- inch head of light cream deposits thick, frothy walls on the glass. It has the consistency of shaken egg whites and hangs around for a long while.

Bright aroma. Lots of citrusy tangerine; a little grass; crackers; honey.

Same deal in the flavor. Bright tangerine peel, honey, toasted crackers and a touch of apricot. Mild bitterness on the sides of the tongue. Finishes dry.

Moderate, pinching carbonation in a medium body. Smooth. A little fizz as it moves.

Nice, bright citrus notes in this one. A solid pale.

A Seattle go-to draft when at a bar where you're unable to determine what exactly's on tap but want a micro.

A not-so-hoppy, cloudy, red-orange pale ale that's really quite mild and balanced. Not exactly easy to put away so quickly, but that's probably not the point here.

You can't go wrong.

Poured into ice cold mug - nice start. Nice light amber color and 2 finger head. The taste is very mild, but I like it a lot. Nice malty balance with slight fruitiness, but more hops than I was anticipating. This is a great go to Pale Ale I am seeing more in Oregon (where the selection is generally OR or nothing. Not to heavy on the alcohol. Will have again
