Orange, orange, orange. That's all I'm getting out of this beer. I don't think this is all curacao orange, something else, more of a sweet orange. Body is light and nothing much comes through besides the orange. Tastes like a lite beer mixed with orange soda. I'm not picking up on any coriander taste. This is the worst wit I've had.

The beer poured out of the bottle and into a pint glass. It looked slightly hazy and gold/light orange in colour. Smelled light and fruity with an apricot nose to it. The taste was also sweet and fruity, but a yeasty-sweet.
Would I buy this beer again? Probably.

Pours a slightly cloudy pale golden color with a small white head that settled quickly. Aroma is mild orange zest with a hint of spice. A little too sweet for the style although the spiciness is nice. Light to medium body with light carbonation. It's OK, but not great.

With this beer I conclude my Minhas variety. Poured from bottle into hefe glass.
A: Pours a lazy light gold with a 1 finger white puffy head that sticks around and laces slightly.
S: Spices, citrus fruit, some banana. Clove. Lemon.
T: Citrus, spice, and wheat. The clove and banana are there too.
M: Creamy, carbonation is good, mouth coating is good.
O: Of all the Minhas beers this would be the best choice. It is crafted the closest to what its style should be. My qualm with this wit is that it tastes almost identical to their hefeweizen.

Served in a Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
Part three of my six-part descent into Minhas madness. That's not bias you just heard: It was experience. Let's add to it, shall we? This brew pours a lightly hazy golden straw topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises white bread, light orange peel, light lemon zest, very light coriander, and a touch of sweet flowers. This would be fine, if 'tweren't so muted. The taste follows pretty generally, with the lemon, coriander, and bread taking the lead. This ain't half bad, I tell you what (gotta stop watching so much King of the Hill...). The body is a general light, with a moderate carbonation and a somewhat dry finish. The fizziness isn't very much of a detriment here, somehow. Overall, not the greatest wit in the world, but I've gotta admit that it's not all that bad, either. If I had to choose a Minhas beer to drink, this would easily get the vote.

A light-medium gold colored body with a moderate sized head, though more foamy and less rocky than others I have sampled. Carbonation appears abundant. Filtered to crystal clarity. No lacing whatsoever. Wow.
Soft floral notes with some sweet, honey like sweetness. I don't smell a lot of spices or Belgian yeast characteristics. Smells like many light pale ales I have smelled.
In the taste I get a good deal of sweet orange juice, after that a moderate, soft, minty hops followed by grainy pale malt. Potentially some pilsner in there. Tastes closer to cream ale than a wit.
Very dry and a little thin, though not watery. Carbonation not as prevalent as anticipated.
Is this even a Wit beer? CREAM ALE SHENANIGANS!!! I call it.

This is the worst "beer" experience I've had in recent memory. The appearance was nothing special, neither was the smell. The taste floored me...almost literally. I got one good swig in my mouth, made for the sink and spit it out...the rest of the beer immediately followed. The other two of this time I got in the sample pack followed after a sip check to make sure I didn't just get a bad bottle...they're all bad. I'm not sure how to describe the taste...much more like a medicine than a beer....sickly sweet. I was actually scared to sample the other beers in my berghoff sample pack...I've actually undergone operant conditioning with a negative stimulus. Horrible.

Pours a very pale yellow with a small white head. Head disappears completely. No lace. Does not even look like beer.
Thin medicinal smell. Does not smell good.
Tangy taste with a mild wheat taste. Not good. Not good at all.
Thin and watery in the mouth.
Not a very good beer. Drain pour for me.

A-Light yellow..big fluffy white head.
S-Grainy aroma....floral and almost perfumey....no obvious added spices are evident on the aroma...
T-Stright forward whit without much if any additional spices added...wheatiness dominates the taste..nothing special but drinkable
M-More of a rounded smoothness than crisp...Light side of medium bodied.
D-Drinks more like an OK American Wheat than a Whit....

A-Pours a light yellow with a minimal amount of head, almost no lacing. Mostly clear with carbonation bubbles present
S-Sweet, wheaty/grassy, with a tinge of citrus (lemon?)
T/M Lemony honey with...biscuit/bread. It is sweet, not deeply complex, but smooth. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but well carbonated. Not normally what once would think of when they think of a Wit beer, but it is a fine summer beer of sorts.
D- Smooth and somewhat refreshing. It could be a session beer I suppose on a hot day. It is relatively clean and nonoffensive. Outside of not really being at style and being a touch too sweet, there is nothing wrong with this beer.

Grabbed a single of this while in Madison.
Golden yellow in color with a thin white head that disappears very quickly and leaves no lacing.
Has kind of a funky sour smell to it. Picking up some grain as well, but mostly just sour.
Is this a bad bottle or are they all like this??? Sour with lemon and some grain. It's mostly just like sour pop though. Bleh!
Lighter with some fizzy carbonation and a dry finish.
I really hope this was a bad bottle. If it always tastes like this, shame on them. This is a drainpour for me.

12 Ounce brown bottle poured into a pint glass
Appearance: Clear light yellow with a small amount of head that diminishes fairly quickly.
Smell: Sweet corn smell but not overpowering. Also there is nothing that is really special about this eiter.
Taste: Pretty sweet in taste but just like the smell there is nothing really special about this beer, it is just ok. Really not what I would look for in a Witbier, probably more comparable to a Corona or something like that.
