Notes:
Alaskan IPA is honey gold in color with a fruity, citrus aroma. An enticing blend of hops and our dry hopping process, in which hops are added directly to tanks during fermentation, give this brew a very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing hop finish.

Alaskan IPA has a thin, white head and a semi-clear, golden appearance, with some streaming bubbles and minimal lacing. The aroma is of grapefruit and sweet, white bread. Taste is the same, with maybe some pith and pine oil. Bitterness is strong, but not overwhelmingly so. Mouthfeel is medium and oily, and Alaskan IPA finishes fairly dry, refreshing, and quite drinkable. Overall, this is considerably nice, and I score it as being most excellent. Check it out!

A - pours a golden amber 2 finger head, minimal lacing (not sure how lacing affects taste buuut I thought i'd mention it nonetheless)
S - a little piney hops - aroma is subtle - likely not much dry hopping
T - citrusy hops, mellow bitterness with equal mellow malt backbone. This is tastes like a pale ale not a IPA but then again I would argue that that a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is more like an IPA but I digress
M - good carbonation for this style
O - well balanced maltiness with hop bitterness - a very drinkable brew. Definitely buy it again (I think this one ran $7.99 which is a good deal for a craft brew)

Very clear dark gold, finger of white head.
Smell is orange, pine, sweet citrus, bubble gum and not much in the way of malt.
Taste is lemon, grapefruit, nice malt backing, a bit of sweetness, finishes bitter and piney.
Mouthfeel is medium with a crisp carbonation.
I have been wanting to pick this up for a while, really unique, could easily session this one with the lower abv for the style, very refreshing.
