A - Served in a 500ml bottle. This was an opaque dark brown with a thin dark tan head. Very interesting looking, but I'm not sure how appealing.

S - Helfty smokey nose with a little bit of spiciness under it. The maltiness gets covered up a bit, but that might just be part of the style.

T/M - Trying to get past the smokey flavor, which tastes a little like a hickory grilled steak, you get some malt sweetness. The smoke flavor itself adds a spicy bite on top of it all. There may be some hops in there cutting the heavy maltiness, but I can't tell for sure. Mouthfeel is thick, but not sticky, which is very nice.

D - I wouldn't be able to drink many of these, not because it was very strong in alcohol, but i feel the smoke was a little overwhelming for me.
