Hazy lemon-yellow ale. Pours bubbly white head which dissipates fairly quickly.

Clean smell. Touch of grainy malt and citrus-like hop.

Lemon and orange citrus hop, mildly bitter. Yeast compliments the biscuity malt. Flavors are not overpowering but very well balanced. Crisp, fruity finish.

Medium-bodied ale with a smooth yeast texture. Carbonation is adequate.

Very drinkable beer especially on a summer day.

At Old Chicago, Lincoln NE:

In a pint glass:

A: slightly clear straw yellow colored body, decent amount of carbonation was seen rising, one finger white foamy head that died within 20 seconds, super light spotty lacing that slid into the body

S: wheat combined with lemon and orange, slightly sweet and a bit yeasty underneath

T: mainly sweet and yeasty with a secondary citrus back up, slight citrus aftertaste and a dry finish

M: light, sessionable, carbonation is pretty smooth for the style and for me

O: ok, it seems the further I get West the more I realize that the more APWA's I have seem to get smoother, have I just had over carbonated versions of this style after living in New England, I would have this again
