12 oz bottle poured into a tall hefeweizen glass.

A: The color is a slightly cloudy golden yellow with orange/pink grapefruit tones. Pours with a large 3-4" head which lingers for about 2/3 minutes and leaves behind moderate amount of lacing.

S: Sweet. Wheat. Spices. Coriander. Light citrus/lemon scent.

T: At first taste, the spicy notes fill the mouth and nostrils. The spices combined with the carbonation present a nice tinging sensation and ends with a light bitter finish.

M: Smooth texture. The carbonation is a little high, but works really well with the beer.

D: THe beer is very enjoyable and well balanced. The bitterness is present but not dominant. The flavors are pronounced and enjoyable. The carbonation is a little higher than I would like, but it doesn't detract from the enjoyable factors in this beer.

OVERALL GRADE: B+/A-
