A slow pour into my snifter got me 3 fingers of foamy, creamy head. Body is a nice bright yellow-orange. A sediment cloud is noticed hanging in the body.
Yeast, biscuity wheat and banana opens the nose up on this one. A light mango/citrus zest follows up, then a return to the biscuit with some spice finishes her off.
Lightly caramelized malt, a hint of sugar and yeast start off the flavor. Banana and generic citrus follow up, finishing with dry biscuit and spice. As it warms, the citrus seems to blossom and fill out the flavor even more.
Body is light to medium. Goes down rather quick and smooth. Leaves a light coat on the back of the tongue. Dry finish.
