Dull golden color, ever so slightly murky, accompanied by an absolutely monstrous foamy white head. Smells strongly of bubblegum with lemon zest on the side. Some moderate banana-like sweetness, citrus, and doughy bread front the flavors-- a sourness chases behind them. A little bit of mustiness lies underneath it all. A hint of green grape accents the taste. Fairly big carbonation, moderately crisp. I made short work of some 18ozs of it.
This ale is a delight to drink. Lots of great flavors without being too much. Strikes a unique balance of light crisp body with bold taste.
