A special version of the milk stout brewed with Mt. Hood hops and available through the handpump at the source. Now, on to the beer:
Black bodied with a semi-soapy looking head. The head retention on top is fine, as is the lace produced. The nose is rather sweet, like cream. Surprise anyone? Taste continues in the same direction as the nose with its sweet cream flavor. A touch of chocolate syrup adds another dimension to this beer. And the hops? Well, I'm not finding the hops. I'm sure they're somewhere being smuthered by the lactose. It's medium bodied, low in carbonation, and smooth. All this makes a solid milk stout.
